Burj Binghatti - The World's Tallest Residential Tower

Binghatti, a major property developer in the UAE, is planning to construct the world's tallest residential structure in collaboration with the iconic jewellery company Jacob &Co. The record-breaking luxury complex, known as Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, will be in the vibrant Business Bay area and will have more than 100 floors, though the height has not yet been revealed. The Central Park Tower in New York currently holds the record for the tallest residential-only building at 1,549 feet.

The breathtaking design of the envisioned opulent tower will be inspired by the complex horological movements in Jacob & Co watches. Meanwhile, the branded development's apex will be adorned with diamond-shaped spires resembling a real crown. Apart from being involved in the design of the much-anticipated skyscraper, Jacob & Co will offer finely crafted jewellery and watches, the majority of which are one-of-a-kind or limited-edition pieces, which prospective clients and buyers can purchase alongside their opulent homes. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will feature a bespoke selection of two-bedroom apartments in The Sapphire Suite Collection and three-bedroom apartments in The Emerald Suite Collection. There will also be 5 limited edition high-spec penthouses available in three different types: 

- Fleurs De Jardin, 

- Astronomia

- Billionaire

Having said that, the Billionaire penthouse is set to become one of the most exclusive properties in the emirate. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will feature numerous levels dedicated to unrivalled amenities, including a vast lounge and a private event area reserved for Jacob & Co, as well as an infinity pool overlooking the Dubai skyline, a luxury spa, and a gym. Residents will also have access to a concierge team that can arrange for chauffeurs, private chefs or even a bodyguard for added security.
